- Automatic Renewal

10.2 The total liability of The Central Observer, regardless of the cause of action, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the subscription during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11.2 Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
- Changes to the Agreement
12.1 The Central Observer reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Website, and it is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any updates.
12.2 If you continue to use the Website and maintain your paid subscription after the changes are made, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Agreement.
